Complementary Therapies

Complementary therapies can help a person to lead a healthier and more joyful lifestyle by encouraging them to pay attention to their self care needs and allow them time out to relax, rebalance and reenergise.

Complementary therapies should complement a person’s lifestyle. They are designed to assist with relaxation of the mind and body, to alleviate physiological aches and pains and to help the client feel a sense of positive well being. They are not designed to diagnose any ailments or to replace the use of allopathic medicine.

I offer a range of treatments which you will see on the following pages. I can offer blended treatments as well. This might be an aromatherapy massage with Swedish techniques used on particular areas of muscle tightness, or a Reiki session followed by a reflexology treatment. We can discuss these alternatives during the initial consultation.
